schoolOur school provides your child with a nurturing environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning and respect for religion. For over 30 years, AlGhazaly School has provided the highest quality education, surpassing the exacting specifications of New Jersey’s Core Curriculum Content Standards. A dynamic, time-tested curriculum guides students on the path to academic achievement through comprehensive general studies alongside Quran, Islamic, and Arabic Language courses that enrich and inspire. All of our courses are based upon the recommendations of various National Councils of Education to offer the solid foundation students need for success. It is our goal to produce students of extraordinary academic ability who practice self-discipline and respectful conduct. Our students go on to be community, national and worldwide leaders in their chosen fields and we take pride in the role we play in each and every child’s journey. These bright and talented young people are the key to the preservation and furthering of our cultural identity, heritage, and spiritual values. The AlGhazaly education experience includes early childhood programs that offer full-day classes (7:45 am to 2:50 pm); pre-school and pre-kindergarten; full-day elementary programs for kindergarten through eighth grade; and a supplemental after-school program. All courses are taught by our qualified and dedicated staff of educators and childcare professionals. Your child will flourish in this nurturing environment that fosters a genuine interest in learning and a reverence for the rich history of our faith. We work with devoted parents like you to help students build the strength of character they need to be dynamic and responsible members of society. And, as participants in tuition assistance programs like the Urban League, we are fully committed to ensuring all students have the opportunity to receive the best possible education. For over 30 years, our historic location has been a community landmark. We look forward to continuing to serve you and to working together to build the best possible future for our youth. AlGhazaly School is located in Hudson County, easily reached from Central New Jersey and Staten Island, and is convenient to major highways (routes 1-9 and the NJ Turnpike).
